Canyoning

For those seeking a more adrenaline-fueled experience, canyoning in Rio Pitrisconi, in San Teodoro, is a must-do activity. The route winds through waterfalls, natural pools and granite gorges, with jumps, natural slides and rope descents up to twenty metres. It is a three-hour adventure, accessible even to beginners, accompanied by an expert guide ensuring safety and fun.

Kayak

Kayaking allows you to immerse yourself in the nature of the area’s waterways and crystal-clear sea. Paddling along the Rio Posada, within the Parco di Tepilora, means entering a quiet environment rich in wildlife, perfect for those who love unspoilt nature. The excursion along the coasts of isola di Tavolara, on the other hand, offers breathtaking views, hidden coves and turquoise waters to explore in total tranquillity.

Trekking

Trekking enthusiasts will find a variety of trails for all levels around the village. The path leading to the old Faro di Capo Comino offers spectacular views of the coast. The Oasi di Biderosa allows you to walk among protected pine forests, lagoons and unspoilt beaches. Finally, Monte Albo surprises with its more challenging trails, which cross forests and limestone heights offering unique views over Baronia.
From Cala Gonone, iconic itineraries such as the one to Cala Luna or the Grotta del Bue Marino start, combining wild nature, coastal stretches and unforgettable glimpses of the Gulf of Orosei.

Mountain bike

The area is perfect for mountain biking, with routes suitable for both beginners and more experienced athletes. You can cycle along the coastal tracks connecting Santa Lucia to Capo Comino, cross the natural paths leading to Berchida or venture inland, among technical climbs and the views of Monte Albo. Guided tours and bike rental allow you to explore the area actively and sustainably.

Quad

For a different experience, quad excursions in Siniscola allow you to travel along dirt roads, woods and panoramic points that reveal the most authentic soul of Baronia. The tours last about four hours and are suitable even for beginners, accompanied by expert guides ensuring safety and fun.

Boat trips

One of the most popular experiences is the boat trip in the Gulf of Orosei, which allows you to visit some of Sardinia’s most iconic beaches: Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritzé, Cala Sisine and sea caves such as the enchanting Grotta Blu. The excursion alternates stops for swimming, snorkelling and relaxing moments on board, offering an unforgettable day among crystal-clear waters and spectacular cliffs.
